Zen Shiatsu 

I offer the Zen Shiatsu experience in 60 or 90 minutes. The cost is 40 USD or 60 USD. My treatment is gentle and focusses on energy rather than deep (no elbow or knee application) practices. We will have a short discussion before each treatment. The clients well-being is our greatest interest. Please note that I am not a therapist but a life companion.

Preventive lymphatic drainage 

Are you feeling uncomfortable? Does something feel congested in your body, or are parts of your body (usually your legs) swollen? I would be happy to try to activate your lymphatic system. With gentle massage techniques, movement, and plenty of fluids, you should soon feel better.

 Shiatsu and preventive lymphatic drainage are perfect for combining. We start with 60 minutes of Shiatsu, take a short tea break, and then continue with 45 minutes of preventive lymphatic drainage. This gives you plenty of time to relax and recover. The flow of energy is stimulated and the lymphatic system is activated.
